During installation I get two errors, I believe they are connected.

I have been trying different things for a long time now and nothing seems to make...

i Tunes 11.4 has been released following Appleā€™s announcement that i OS 8 will be available next week.

Any of the serious issues you face on your i OS device can be fixed by simply plugging in the device to a computer with i Tunes and restore it.

this method is effective because it will clear all of the data and the user settings as well as the bugs causing the issue.

In general, I try to avoid Apple products when I can, but I do use and enjoy and i Pod Nano for podcasts.

With the recent update to 11.4 I noticed that my podcasts were not refreshing, either on a schedule or on-demand.Did a reboot and then checked the program files for any uninstall 'left-overs' in Program Files\Bonjour (nothing), Program Files\Common Files\Apple (lots), Program Files\i Pod (lots) and Program Files i Tunes (lots) 3.I am trying to install i Tunes 12.2.1 on Windows 10 Pro.Here's hoping that someone has a solution that works (please and thank you)https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3720969 for example. I didn't think it was needed (https://discussions.apple.com/thread/4640070 )Bob Bob, Thanks for your response and most especially some of the embedded links...which contained only one thing I had not seen before and that was to load ccleaner and run. With all the malware out there I can never be sure of Windows integrity and with the aging machines odd things happen. I dont know if this was the defining factor but I now have a shiny new version of i Tunes 12 on my PC and all the other bits (connectivity etc) seem to be working as well. Uninstall all the i Tunes and Apple bits in the proscribed order (i Tunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support) 2.You might lose all of your data in the process but it is a highly effective solution.
